Greg Farmer - Lead Pastor
Pastor Greg has been an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God for the past 22 years. They have served churches in Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Indiana. Before answering God’s call to pastoral ministry, Greg worked in the education field, teaching in the public schools in Greeley and Windsor, Colorado.

Our Story
For several years, Pastor Greg and Darla Farmer felt the Lord leading them on a journey to plant a church in the Grand Valley. In early 2011, that leading became a reality as they met with 15 others who had come onboard with their vision. In June of that year, the first public service of CrossPoint Church was held in a motel ballroom. The following year we moved to a rented church facility, where we began to expand our ministry and reach.
In the spring of 2017, with God’s direction and help, CrossPoint was able to purchase the building at our current location, and start the process of making it our “home.” At present, the renovation is still ongoing and is gradually being transformed from a business facility into a place of worship.
We know that God’s plan for us is only begun and we look forward to serving our church family and our community for years to come.
What Should I Expect?
Visiting a church for the first time can be intimidating. But it’s our mission to make everyone feel welcome at CrossPoint Church, and we hope that your very first impression is a warm one. You can expect the service to last around 90 minutes, with Spirit anointed worship and bible-based messages. Kid’s activities and nursery care for infants are available during the service. Whether you are visiting in the Grand Junction area or you call it home, we’d love to see you this Sunday. Come to CrossPoint, you belong!
